So this is the first menu plan of the New Year!
It feels great, doesn't it?! Is one of your goals this year to cook more at home or to menu plan? I know that is one of mine! I hope that '10 brings you a year of health, happiness, and of course yummy food! Anyway, here is my menu plan for the first full week of January 2010!
Breakfasts: applesauce bread, blueberry muffins, baked oatmeal
Lunches: sandwiches, creamy homemade mac and cheese, chicken tenders, leftovers
Dinners:
Sunday: leftover white chicken chili (recipe coming next Tuesday!)
Monday: pizza, carrot sticks
Wednesday:chicken noodles, mashed potatoes
Thursday: breakfast for dinner (eggs, pancakes, sausage)
Friday: barbecued beef sandwiches, oven fries, corn
Saturday: chicken pot pie
